Prairie Farm Grand Re-Opening

The extensive remodeling project at our Prairie Farm location is complete
and the lobby and drive-up are back to their regular hours. We invite the
public to stop in and see the changes during a week of celebrations from
Tuesday, Oct. 13 through Friday, Oct. 16. Each day will include special
treats, prize sign-ups and giveaways. We will end the week with a cookout
from 11 am to 1 pm on Oct. 16 and draw names of prize winners at the
end of the day.

Health Savings Accounts

Whether you have one now or will have a high deductible health plan (HDHP)
in 2027, you’re entitled to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) to save tax-free
dollars for out-of-pocket health expenses. You can set aside money for IRS
approved expenses – things like hearing aids, braces, diabetes testing supplies,
acupuncture – even home modifications to accommodate a disability for you,
your spouse or other dependents. Dairy State Bank makes the payment process
easy, allowing you to use checks or a debit card.

Been Putting Off Home Improvements?

If you put off projects all summer, don’t worry. We can help you get
started with a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC). A HELOC allows
you to borrow against the equity in your home. Compared to a closed-end
loan, a HELOC offers flexibility to use only what you need and continue
to re-borrow over the term of the loan. Give us a call or read more about HELOCs.
